Check Your Inbox For Confirmation Email
In the next couple of minutes, you will receive your confirmation email that has details about the upcoming certification. If you do not see this confirmation email within the next 5-10 minutes, please be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder or Promotional tab if you’re getting your email through Google/Gmail.

Be Sure to Add Us to Your Allowed/Safe Sender List!
On the first day of class you will receive the Zoom link along with documents to be downloaded for class, so it is critical that our emails reach you. Please be sure to add to your Allowed/Safe Sender list to ensure you’re receiving this content.

Hotmail/Yahoo/AOL Users: These email platforms are notorious for blocking business-related emails.  If you have not received a confirmation email within 20 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder. You may need to provide us with another email  address that you use professionally to ensure certification documents and notifications are received.

Did You Pay for Someone Else to Attend the Class?
If you paid for the certification, you will be registered as attending the class and will receive emails and materials pertaining to the class. If you are paying for someone else to attend the class, please send an email to with the person’s name and email address who will be attending Certification so we can ensure they are registered and can receive the materials!
